First: The first thing you need to do is connect your SonyPSP to your computer, but make sure that the it is off first. The reason for this is just to make sure your computer reads and recognizes that you have device connected. After your connected then turn it on.
Second: Once your all connected, go to the settings menu on your PSP and hit the X button once and that should automatically link it directly to your PC. If not keep repeating step number one and two until it woks. Then on your PC go to the My Computer tab hit that once, then that menu should appear and you will be able to notice that an extra volume button is available.
Third: Open your memory card and then open the folder called PSP. With this open you need to create another folder inside that one, this one called MP_ROOT?and then another one called ?00mnv01?/p>
Fourth: To save your videos or movies that you want to keep save them in the folder called ?00mnv01?and then you are ready to watch! The movies can be started by clicking on the saved image inside the memory card. One thing you should remember is that the movies need to be in MP4 format (Google it), and if you want to convert your existing DVDs etc to this format you may want to get some specialized software.
You should be all set and ready to go. Now you can go and download any video you want and watch it on your awesome toy.
